  • Improved Order of Red Men (IORM)
  • Year Manufactured: 1908
  • Country/Region of Manufacture: United States
  • Condition: Used (Excellent / Pristine Vintage Condition)
An exceptional piece of American fraternal history. This authentic early-20th-century lapel pin from the Improved Order of Red Men features a beautifully detailed Native American Chief head design set against a vibrant, multi-colored enameled headdress and a classic red, white, and blue patriotic background.
Key Features & Condition:

100% Flawless Enamel: Unlike most pins from this era which suffer from heavy chipping or cracking, the glass enamel on this piece is completely intact. There are no chips, flakes, or missing paint. (Note: Any slight discoloration seen in the photos is just minor vintage surface dust/dirt from age and can be safely wiped clean).

Original 1908 Hardware: The reverse side retains its highly desirable, fully original 1908-patented screw-back wheel nut mechanism. The underside of the circular nut is clearly stamped with "PATENTED MAY 1908".

Iconic Symbolic Imagery: The front of the pin displays the letters "I O R M" along the collar and the sacred acronym "T.O.T.E." (Totem of the Eagle) along the bottom banner.
Age: Golden Age of Fraternal Societies (Circa 1908)

Attachment Type: Screw-post with threaded wheel backing
Dimensions: 13.8mm x 17.5mm

Condition Grade: Pristine / Mint condition enamel. This is a spectacular upgrade piece for a serious fraternal collector, political memorabilia enthusiast, or antique jewelry hunter. Because the enamel is pristine and the original patent hardware is fully intact, this piece stands far above the heavily worn examples typically found online.
